By accessing or using Truely Money (the "Platform"), including the website truelymoney.com and any installed mobile or PWA interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Description of Service
Truely Money is an independent, informational comparison platform for Indian financial products — including fixed deposits, savings and current accounts, credit cards, loans, and government welfare schemes. We are not a bank, NBFC, broker, lender, insurance agent, or financial advisor, and we hold no license or authorisation from the RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, or any other financial regulator. We do not originate, underwrite, disburse, or process any loan, deposit, or card application — we display comparative information only.
3. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above. By using Truely Money, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, please do not use the Platform or submit any information to it.
4. No Warranty on Third-Party Financial Data
Interest rates, tenure, eligibility criteria, and other product details shown on the Platform are sourced from publicly available bank and institution portals and may not reflect real-time changes. Truely Money makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of this data. You must independently verify all terms directly with the relevant bank, NBFC, or institution before relying on them or initiating any application.
5. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement of any specific product or provider. Our rankings reflect a neutral, calculated comparison of publicly available terms, not personalised advice. Always consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or the relevant institution before making a financial decision.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information where you choose to input it, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the Platform's operation or security. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information found here.
7. Intellectual Property
The Truely Money name, logo, design, ranking methodology, and original content are the property of Truely Money and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and comparison purposes.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may link to third-party bank or institution websites, or rely on third-party infrastructure (Google Sheets for public listing data, the Gemini AI API for the AI Advisor, and Firebase for optional sign-in) as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site you are directed to.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truely Money and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on any information displayed, or any transaction you enter into with a third-party bank or institution. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
10. Service Availability & Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. We may also update product listings, rankings, or methodology as source data changes.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Grievance Redressal

13. Changes to these Terms
